Instructions

  • Use the chocolate chips to add eyes and a mouth.

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch or tapioca starch

  • 13.5-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup lite coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 10-12 gluten free chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon rice syrup
  • 1 cup + 3/4 cup vegan baking chocolate

Instructions

  • In a double boiler, melt 1 cup of the chocolate. 
  • Thaw rasberries
  • Place about 1 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate in a muffin liner and tilt them, so the chocolate spreads to the sides. 
  • Melt 3/4 cup of vegan chocolate in the double boiler.
  • Add a teaspoon of the raspberry filling into the chocolate coated muffin liners
  • Pour chocolate over the raspberry filling and refrigerate

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 package 10 oz Large Marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice cereal 
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • In a large saucepan low heat combine  melt butter, coconut oil, marshmallows and cocoa powder, rice cereal.

This one is easy!  Just decorate apples with real gauze and eye candy.  You can also use fruit roll-ups for mummy wrap using lighter colors

Cut up broccoli, carrots, celery, cucumbers, bell peppers and place in clear plastic cups.  Decorate cups with Halloween themed decor.  Add your favorite dips in additional cups such as hummus, ranch, queso, or salsa.

This is another cute idea that’s super simple but looks so “Hallowinish” PLUS bananas are great fuel for athletes.

 

Just cut bananas in half, decorate with a chocolate chips and place on a cute plate.

1 cup almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup honey

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Mix popped popcorn and m&m’s Insert one candy corn in each finger before filling hands with popcorn mix. 

 

Tie with a rubber band so it’s easy to open and close for kids.

Use any kind of bread for toast.  Gluten free and sourdough are good choices. 

 

Spread pizza sauce on toast and layer with mozzarella cheese to resemble mummy wraps. Use olives for eyes.
