There are so many reasons I love swimming. It’s very comforting to be in the water and feel it around me as I move through it. I feel one with the water!
I’ve been swimming for as long as I can remember, both competitively and for leisure. I’ve also taught swimming for 25-plus years to all level swimmers from infants to triathletes.
Swimming is an amazing low-impact full body workout. I don’t know if there’s a healthier way to exercise than swimming.
